If you are purchasing an Eagle Scout Neckercheif slide, please download and fill out this file and email it to battalioncommander@mormonbattalion.com. We not only use that information to complete your Certificate and contact you if necessary but, in some areas, we may have members of the Mormon Battalion Association or associate organizations who can come present the slide in your Court of Honor. If we are not able to do so, we will send you Presentation Guidelines for the leader of your sponsoring organization, Scoutmaster, or family representative to use.
